Lazy here again with the blog side of things… but here goes.

Was lucky this week to be at Coroco in Ponsonby to shoot some White Warehou prepared and cooked exquisitely by Chef Makato Tokuyama. Coming from my Executive Chef background it was a real treat to see

a professional at work and was in awe at his sublime skills both in his preparation and execution of the dishes which makes my job as a food photographer easy..

This was a collaboration with Solander Seafoods in Nelson who are suppliers of the white warehou for Makato.

One of the perks of being a food photographer is getting to sample the goods and I can can confer that the food tastes as good as it looks….
